Succeed. #BeHere</p> <p>Location: US:WI:NEENAH at our THEDACARE CORPORATE facility.</p> <p>This job is HYBRID.</p> <p>$5,000 sign on bonus!</p> <p>FTE: 1.000000</p> <p>Standard Hours: 40.00</p> <p>Shift: 1</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>8 AM -4:30 PM hybrid position with periodic onsite responsibilities at ThedaCare specialty clinics in Neenah.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>This role supports North Region ThedaCare specialty clinics patients and providers by completing prior authorizations, coordinating insurance benefits, and assisting with financial assistance programs for specialty medications.</p> <p>Key roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Initiate and manage prior authorizations for specialty medications for North Region ThedaCare specialty clinics </li><li>Verify pharmacy and medical insurance benefits </li><li>Assist patients with manufacturer and foundation assistance programs </li><li>Communicate with clinics, payers, pharmacies, and patients to resolve access barriers </li></ul> <p>You will be a great fit for this role if:</p> <ul> <li>You enjoy problem-solving and attention to detail </li><li>You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment </li><li>You value teamwork and collaboration </li><li>You are passionate about helping patients access their medications </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>3 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, managed care, or other health insurance environment is required Knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy insurance benefit verification, health insurance terminology, billing, managed care contracting, hospital reimbursement, and hospital admitting and registrations practices required.</p> <p>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent is required. 4 year degree preferred.
