Responsibilities also include the development of activity processes and implementation of Production Methodology.</p> <p>Your Day-to-Day</p> <ul> <li>Safety culture development through 8 Non-Negotiable awareness </li><li>Product supply and demand fulfilment </li><li>Production activity and efficiency oversight utilizing Play Book Builder </li><li>Conduct Play Book Builder Audits </li><li>Customer Service and Support - internal / external </li><li>Promote General Air Core 4 culture. </li><li>Team Communication </li><li>LMA support through development of employee notables </li><li>Compliance adherence and application to production activity </li><li>Quality of Product output </li><li>CNO activity and score improvement </li><li>Verify daily, weekly and monthly activity requirements/list </li><li>Metrics - monitor Score Card population and L10 Rock Progress </li><li>PTO coverage coordination </li><li>Process training as needed </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to the Team</p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in compressed gas industry or cryogenic related field. </li><li>Post high school education, preferred </li><li>Strong understanding of process and sequencing </li><li>Experience promoting urgency </li><li>Familiarity with Fill Plant equipment </li><li>Familiarity with Nondestructive testing and DOT cylinder requirements </li><li>Basic understanding of Gas Analysis process and Plant capabilities </li><li>Solution oriented individual </li><li>Written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Strong track record of safety </li><li>Technically savvy, preferred </li><li>Mechanically inclined, preferred </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Ability to self-manage </li><li>Strong understanding of production gases: gas properties, compatibility, and hazards </li><li>Complete understanding of Production activities and sequence </li><li>Ability to work under pressure </li><li>Working knowledge of CGA, FDA, DOT, OSHA, regulations rules, and guidelines related to gases and gas packaging </li><li>Familiarity with Gas Packaging equipment </li><li>Capacity to lead, manage and develop Production personnel with positive interpersonal skills </li><li>Thoughtful communication </li><li>Organizational skills </li><li>Proactive, self-motivated </li><li>Able to stand on your feet 7 to 8 hours a day with lots of walking, twisting, grasping, sitting, and repetitive motions bending, reaching, pushing/pulling. </li><li>Frequent lifting of 10-20lbs is required, may at times life up to 75 lbs. </li><li>Reoccurring pushing/pulling 150lbs. </li><li>Ability to work indoor/outdoor with hot summer and cold winter conditions where high noise levels are possible. </li></ul> <p>Why General Air</p> <p>Our employees tell us that people choose General Air Service & Supply because of the way they are treated.
