They plan and coordinate so that all items are sterilized and available by 7am and the department is clean, organized and set-up for the next day. Their responsibilities include daily monitoring and compliance of AAMI standards including but not limited to mechanical testing, sterilizer biological test, eye wash station.</p> <p>The scope of their workflow starts from the upstairs dumbwaiter room and ends when all items are scanned and delivered to the O.R., PSC.
