<p>Note to applicants: This role is a remote, field-based position that will require traveling around MA, PA, NY, VA, NC.</p> <p>Who You Are: As our Sr. Account Manager on the Beverage team, you will be accountable to manage specific accounts for our beverage line-up primarily in National Large Format Retailers.</p> <p>This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.</p> <p>What You're Good At:</p> <ul> <li>Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with assigned accounts across National Large Format Accounts. </li><li>Drive volume, revenue and share within assigned National Accounts. </li><li>Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with each assigned Retailer. </li><li>Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals. </li><li>Work cross-functionally with finance, commercial strategy, commercial operations, and distribution teams to plan, track and measure overall business. </li><li>Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting for all assigned accounts. </li><li>Manage total trade budgets by brand/account. </li><li>Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming by channel and customer. </li><li>Work with DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level </li></ul> <p>What You Contribute:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>5 years of CPG experience, beverage preferred, calling on headquarter category buyers for a National Account. </li><li>Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point </li><li>Ability to travel 35% </li><li>Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry. </li><li>High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge. </li><li>Experience in building a strategic annual operation plan (AOP) with a National Retailer. </li><li>Knowledge of the Convenience channel considered a plus. </li><li>Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Organizations MVR policy guidelines. </li></ul> <p>Why Nutrabolt?</p> <p>Wellness Benefits</p> <p>Nutrabolt cares about our teammates' physical, mental, and financial wellness by providing benefits like: competitive health insurance, life insurance, mental wellness programs, 401K matching, and a Lifestyle Spending Account.</p> <p>Lifestyle Perks</p> <p>We offer unlimited vacation paid time off and volunteer time off.
