This company values safety, innovation, and a team-first culture where your skills are recognized and appreciated.</p> <p>Pay: $31.71 - $37.87/hour (Based on experience)</p> <p>Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and respond to alarms </li><li>Conduct daily walkthroughs of critical areas like generator and fuel pump rooms </li><li>Check emails and respond to maintenance requests </li><li>Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding equipment or facility needs </li><li>Inspect hot water heaters, inventory filters, lamps, and plumbing supplies </li><li>Perform regular inventory checks, including tools and maintenance supplies </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>High proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel </li><li>Understanding of commercial electrical systems and safety protocols </li><li>Familiarity with standby generators and Russ-electric switchgear </li><li>Basic plumbing and construction knowledge </li><li>Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals </li><li>Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance </li></ul> <p>Perks & Benefits:</p> <p>This direct hire role comes with a full range of benefits designed to support your growth and well-being.
