The Comcast Cooperative Experience Internship Program will help you cultivate meaningful relationships, develop strong interpersonal and business skills, gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a Fortune 40 media and technology company, and receive mentorship opportunities to expand your professional network.</p> <p>This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast's top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.</p> <p>Organization & Team Overview</p> <p>Comcast's Impact and Inclusion (I&I) Team is dedicated to harnessing the power of our platforms and our people to create positive change. Support nonprofit partners and small businesses working to advance digital opportunity and economic mobility? Whether it's researching potential partners, benchmarking best practices in grantmaking, or developing materials, your analytical skills, attention-to-detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks will be invaluable to driving meaningful change. In addition to supporting the partnerships & grantmaking functions, this co-op will support a key program supporting small businesses across the country, Comcast RISE. As such, you may be engaged in items such as process improvement, analysis, reporting and execution of the small business recipient awards. One day you might be presenting customer satisfaction results to senior leaders, and the next day you might be helping us craft an internal marketing campaign! As part of the Strategic Partnerships and Philanthropy Team, the co-op will be exposed to a fast-paced, start-up like environment where all of us wear multiple hats and jump in where needed. Having someone with project management skills who can handle several tasks/guidance from multiple sources will add value to the team and be ready to make an impact.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support team projects to drive process improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage ongoing projects to ensure timely deliverables and completion.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate follow-up required for grants and sponsorships, including data tracking and reconciliation.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the development of grantmaking trainings for Community Impact team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support the grantmaking strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the employee engagement team to ensure local and national partnerships are leveraged for employee engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>Managing the tNPS 2.0 process: Ensuring the timely delivery of recurring recipient satisfaction surveys, developing dashboards and automated reporting, analyzing trends to identify and recommend areas of opportunity, presenting results to leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Managing the Comcast RISE brand and asset repository: Ensuring that the RISE asset library has the latest videos and collateral. Archiving and tagging all assets. Creating a file system and naming convention to organize the assets.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the communications team to update internal and external stakeholders regarding Strategic Partnerships' programs and initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Represent Impact & Inclusion at events, meetings, and other activities as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficiency using all programs within the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience conducting research or familiarity with nonprofits</p> </li><li> <p>Project management skills, ability to balance multiple initiatives at the same time</p> </li><li> <p>Curious about business operations and how large-scale programs operate behind-the-scenes</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred Majors: Communications, Marketing, Management, Nonprofit Management, Public Policy, General Business, or Business Administration</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.</p> </li><li> <p>Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting through September 22, 2025 - March 27, 2026.</p> </li><li> <p>Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering).</p> </li><li> <p>Comcast is an Affirmative Action/EEO employer M/F/D/V</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <p>Accountability, Communication, Professional Etiquette, Relationship Building, Resilience, Teamwork</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Base Pay: $23.00</p> <p>Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
