Care is provided to these residents via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. The RN will be competent to provide resident care according to the specific needs of the population as defined in the unit-specific addendum.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>RN's:</p> <ul> <li>Active Florida RN License or a Multistate license </li><li>BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - through American Heart Association or American Red Cross </li><li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program </li><li>Must have a clear background check & AHCA Level 2 screening as well as pass a drug screening </li></ul> <p>RN's:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full-Time:</p> </li><li> <p>3 - Twelve (12) hour shifts per week (roating weekends)</p> </li><li> <p>Day Shift: 7am to 7:30pm</p> </li><li> <p>Night Shift: 7pm to 7:30am</p> </li><li> <p>PRN Plan 1: requires a minimum of one shift per pay period, no weekends/holidays required</p> </li><li> <p>PRN Plan 2: requires a minimum of 48 hours worked per pay period, holiday/weekend shifts required</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>The hourly rate is determined by years of experience as an RN and internal equity within the organization.
