This role requires strong analytical skills, business insight, and creative problem-solving to deliver clear, actionable recommendations that support sales leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate understands how operational activities impact financial results, thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, collaborates effectively across teams, challenges existing processes, and possess a strong set of communication skills.</p> <p>What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support sales leadership with clear, timely financial insights related to store profitability, promotional performance, and advertising initiatives. </li><li>Provide POS reporting data where applicable to help identify trends, risks, and opportunities. </li><li>Evaluate new business cases through established financial models and provide recommendations that support strategic decision-making. </li><li>Prepare and publish monthly and quarterly reporting packages for sales leadership </li><li>Analyze monthly financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior year, communicating key drivers and variances. </li><li>Partner with sales management during the annual budget process to develop aligned assumptions. </li><li>Support monthly forecast cycles with timely updates, analysis, and scenario modeling. </li><li>Respond quickly and independently to ad hoc requests. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement in sales performance and profitability. </li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, enhance profitability, streamline processes, and increase efficiency, taking ownership of driving solutions forward. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need (Qualifications):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance </li><li>4 - 6 years relevant work experience </li><li>Strong technical knowledge of understanding the P&L. </li><li>CPA and/or MBA, a plus </li></ul> <p>Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
