Join us and become part of an inclusive team.</p> <p>Client Overview:</p> <p>Our client is a well-known pharmaceutical company and is looking to add a Chemist to their team.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$40/hr - $50/hr</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Chemist will work in the lab to prepare solutions for the Scientists and conduct analytical testing primarily using HPLC. This role is a contract position for a minimum of 6 months.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Chemist:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct HPLC analysis on samples. </li><li>Develop and optimize analytical assays for characterization. </li><li>Design and execute experiments, ensuring thorough documentation of results. </li><li>Operate and maintain a range of analytical instrumentation. </li><li>Prepare reagents and solutions for the lab. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Chemist:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience using HPLC in a professional laboratory. </li><li>Experience preparing chemical solutions and reagents consistently. </li><li>Good lab practices and be detail oriented. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the Chemist:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. </li><li>Chromatography skills (ex: LC, IEX, SEC). </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A BS or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related science is required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical. </li><li>Dental. </li><li>Vision. </li><li>401k. </li><li>Paid holiday and sick time. </li></ul>
