Our mission is to create sustainable adhesive solutions that improve the work, products, and lives of our customers - we're passionate about making a difference!</p> <p>The Logistics Operator is responsible to perform all functions of the warehouse, including but not limited to receiving, moving and storing of material and shipment of products to our customers.</p> <p>How you'll help the formula:</p> <ul> <li>Load and unload product/material in a safe and efficient manner </li><li>Inspect and count incoming products and deliver them to the designated location </li><li>Check and count outgoing products, includes picking orders; staging; and properly palletizing of product </li><li>Move product to appropriate storage area </li><li>Earn and maintain a stand-up and sit-down powered forklift license </li><li>Operate all equipment safely and efficiently </li><li>Able to use the computer systems to obtain necessary information to perform assignments </li><li>Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area </li><li>Follow all company procedures and policies </li><li>Work in a team concept; self-motivated; able and willing to be cross-functional </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform labelling, sorting, wrapping, packing and repackaging as needed </li><li>Carry out assigned tasks in the small parcel shipping area and assist in other areas as needed </li><li>Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory </li><li>Clean trailers and truck bays </li></ul> <p>Key elements for your role:</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate or equivalent </li><li>Must be able to count accurately, use a calculator, write legibly, and, with training, perform basic math including conversion to metric measurements </li><li>Working knowledge of computers </li><li>Must be able to read and speak English </li><li>Ability to follow directions and function as a team member with a positive attitude </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50#, stand and walk up to 95% of scheduled shift </li><li>Must have correctable vision and hearing </li><li>Must be able to work in compliance with 6S, ISO, and IATF standards </li><li>Powered forklift experience; preferred </li><li>Hours: any as required, including overtime, in either facility (Sparta or Walker) </li></ul> <p>Posted on: 7/17/2025</p> <p>#APlaceForYou</p> <p>tesa tape</p> <p>#LI-ONSITE</p> <p>Do you think tesa?</p> <p>Please follow the below link to submit your resume and other required information.</p> <p>Apply online</p>
