<p>Embark on a Journey of Impactful Adventure</p> <p>Manages the implementation, development and delivery of various program area(s) and/or membership. Areas of focus may be health/wellness, aquatics, teens, childcare, and/or other program area(s). Recruits, trains and supports assigned staff and volunteers. Additional responsibilities include hiring, onboarding and training of staff; curriculum development; budget control; and adhering to all regulatory and Association standards. Assists with annual campaign activities.
