If this sounds like you and you want to grow your career with a stable company as an essential team member, we encourage you to apply today!</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Use camera equipment to assess line conditions </li><li>Use line locating equipment for accurate mapping of Sanitary, Storm and Water line systems </li><li>Listen to the needs of our customers, assess, and create solutions to meet their needs and wants </li><li>Create proposals that are accurate, complete, and easily transferred to our Fulfillment/ service teams </li><li>Establish customer rapport to build relationships with our customers and support them through the buying process </li><li>Learn and understand city requirements, permits, and regulations </li><li>Partner with our fulfillment/ service team, and our customer experience teams to ensure overall success </li><li>Be organized, motivated, flexible, and a team player </li><li>Ability to communicate with customers in a clear, confident manner throughout the entire experience so that they are aware what is going on inside their home/business </li><li>Ability to adjust your communications to provide the best customer experience possible </li><li>Ability to create detailed job notes in the customer's account for future reference </li><li>Ability to both teach and learn by sharing thoughts/experiences with your coworkers in meetings and in one-to-one interactions </li><li>Willingness to try new ideas and recommend process improvements to your manager with the objective of improving efficiency/effectiveness </li><li>Frequent communication with dispatchers so that they know the status of each job for scheduling purposes </li><li>The ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace both in a customer's property and your company vehicle </li><li>The ability to work safely and the motivation to help ensure that those you work with are working in a safe manner </li><li>Technical Experience is not required, but sales experience is </li><li>Previous In Home Services is strongly desired </li><li>All employees of Blue Sky must consider safety as their primary job.
