If you are passionate about working with data, improving data quality, and contributing to impactful enterprise data initiatives, this position could be the perfect fit for you.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica technologies to support enterprise data and integration needs </li><li>Build and optimize batch and near-real-time data integrations between source systems and target platforms </li><li>Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows in alignment with business requirements </li><li>Collaborate with data governance, data architects, analysts, and business partners to understand data requirements and deliver effective ETL solutions </li><li>Implement data quality rules, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable data processing </li><li>Support data synchronization, cleansing, and transformation logic, including contributions to Informatica Integration and MDM processes </li><li>Participate in Scrum teams, including planning, development, testing, and deployment </li><li>Document ETL designs, data mappings, and operational processes </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with Informatica tools such as PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Data Quality </li><li>Solid understanding of relational databases and strong SQL skills </li><li>Experience analyzing data models, defining source-to-target mappings, and implementing data transformations </li><li>Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating data from multiple source systems </li><li>Understanding of data quality, validation, and error-handling best practices </li><li>Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered </li><li>3-5 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica platforms </li><li>Experience working in enterprise or large-scale data environments preferred </li><li>Exposure to Informatica MDM, Data Governance, or Cloud integrations </li></ul>
