<p>It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!</p> <p>We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise inbound and outbound service-related warehouse operations to meet customer expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and customer service standards through daily oversight.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze shipment logs and delivery timelines to ensure on-time service and efficient routing.</p> </li><li> <p>Support customer satisfaction by coordinating warehouse activities that align with service goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize employee workflow and recommend improvements to boost service levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, track, and report on KPIs related to service performance, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise facility vehicle and equipment maintenance to ensure safe and reliable service operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff, promoting a service-oriented culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform operational responsibilities, including opening and closing shifts and managing payroll/commission reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with service standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Associate degree in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable).</p> </li><li> <p>Forklift and OSHA certification preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>2-3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or service-focused operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Use of Acellos Inventory Control system preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to motivate teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of service KPIs and logistics best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</p> </li></ul>
