<p>You will report directly to our Sr Director of Semiconductor Product Management, and you'll work out of our Lincolnshire, IL location or Atlanta, GA, on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the strategic direction and execution of connected technology offerings, driving innovation through AI integration. Your leadership will influence cross-functional collaboration, market positioning, and the successful delivery of advanced connected solutions that meet evolving customer needs.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute connected strategy and roadmap with a focus on artificial intelligence integration </li><li>Collaborate with AI, engineering, and product teams to define and prioritize connected offerings </li><li>Lead market analysis and customer insights to identify opportunities for AI-enhanced connected solutions </li><li>Drive cross-functional alignment on strategy, product development, and go-to-market plans </li><li>Manage the lifecycle of connected offerings, ensuring timely delivery and market relevance </li><li>Engage with stakeholders to communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively </li><li>Identify and develop connected solutions specifically for the semiconductor industry </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in offering management, product management, or connected technology strategy development </li><li>3+ years of experience working on or supporting AI-enabled products or solutions </li><li>Demonstrated experience developing and executing at least one product or technology roadmap from concept through implementation </li><li>3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., AI/data science, engineering, product management) </li><li>3+ years of experience in new product development, including exposure to both hardware and software components </li><li>2+ years of experience developing or supporting software revenue models, including subscription and/or ARR-based offerings </li><li>Experience applying AI technologies to process improvements, service enhancements, or product functionality </li><li>Demonstrated use of market data, customer insights, or performance metrics to inform product or strategy decisions </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field </li><li>Master's degree (preferred) </li><li>Experience in industrial software, IoT, or connected systems domains </li><li>Familiarity with AI integration into commercial product offerings </li><li>Experience collaborating with hardware product managers to define connected or digital value-add opportunities </li><li>Experience conducting primary and secondary research, including Voice of Customer (VOC) </li><li>Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and connected solutions landscape </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders </li></ul> <p>The annual base salary range for this position is $153,000 to $191,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
