This role will be essential in supporting and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand in the global market. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with international teams in Brazil, Japan, and Germany, and will also be responsible for attending and promoting our company at local and international sales events. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for cutting-edge materials and technologies.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Event Coordination & Attendance: </li></ul> <p>o Plan, organize, and attend sales and marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions, both locally and internationally.</p> <p>o Represent the company at global industry events, ensuring our brand and products are prominently featured and promoted.</p> <p>o Support logistics for international sales events, including travel arrangements, booth setup, and team coordination.</p> <ul> <li>Global Team Collaboration: </li></ul> <p>o Collaborate with international marketing teams in Brazil, Japan, and Germany to align strategies and tactics for local markets and ensure brand consistency across regions.</p> <p>o Assist with the development of tailored marketing materials and content for different international markets.</p> <p>o Support international teams with campaign execution and provide marketing insights specific to each region.</p> <ul> <li>Marketing Strategy & Execution: </li></ul> <p>o Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's high-performance carbon fiber products.</p> <p>o Help create compelling content for websites, brochures, social media, and other digital platforms that effectively communicate the benefits of our carbon fiber solutions.</p> <p>o Manage and optimize social media campaigns, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry-specific platforms.</p> <ul> <li>Market Research & Analysis: </li></ul> <p>o Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences across different regions, particularly in key markets like North America, Europe, and Asia.</p> <p>o Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and sales events to identify opportunities for optimization.</p> <ul> <li>Branding & Communication: </li></ul> <p>o Support the creation of marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, and case studies.</p> <p>o Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.</p> <p>o Work closely with sales teams to develop targeted communication strategies to engage prospective clients.</p> <ul> <li>Budget & Project Management: </li></ul> <p>o Assist with budget tracking and ensure marketing initiatives stay within budget.</p> <p>o Manage timelines for marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. </li><li>2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial products (experience in advanced materials or carbon fiber is a plus). </li><li>Proven experience with event planning and management, including travel for international events. </li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate across international teams and cultures. </li><li>Proficiency with marketing tools and software, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and design software (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. </li><li>Willingness to travel both locally and internationally for sales events and team collaboration. </li><li>Knowledge of international marketing strategies and cross-cultural communication is highly desirable. </li></ul> <p>Knoxville TN 3120</p>
