As an Assistant Nurse Manager in Care Management, you will assist with day-to-day operations, utilize clinical expertise and understanding of care management and Medicare regulations, contribute to the goals of cost containment and quality care and provide safe, appropriate transitions of care.</p> <p>The hours of this full-time position are 8am-4:30pm plus call requirements to include weekends.</p> <p>Required qualifications for the ideal candidate include:</p> <ul> <li>BSN from an accredited school of professional nursing. </li><li>Current state FL licensure as Registered Nurse (RN). </li><li>Professional certification as a Case Manager (CCM) </li><li>3 years or more of acute care nursing experience </li><li>2 years ore more of care management or transitional care planning experience. </li><li>Previous supervisory experience. </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
