If you are passionate about solving one of the most fundamental challenges of our society - employment, working on hard business problems and being part of an amazing growth story - Eightfold is the place to be!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work with the leadership team, the engineering team, and the product team to develop and execute product roadmaps for a key high-growth line of business </li><li>Listen to our customers to internalize and understand their talent challenges and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needs </li><li>Build and develop a high-performing team of product leaders and product managers while fostering a culture of growth, customer obsession, and strategic thinking </li><li>Partner with key stakeholders to socialize and drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales </li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products in the market </li><li>Understand Eightfold core technological strengths and work to integrate them into the products </li><li>Act as the general manager of the product line and drive top line for the business in a capital efficient fashion by partnering with marketing and sales </li><li>Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly </li><li>Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their competition and customer adoption </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years of product leadership experience </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or commensurate experience in a relevant field </li><li>A passion for Eightfold's mission: The right career for everyone in the world. </li><li>Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the enterprise SaaS products </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal </li><li>Track record of successful delivery of company-critical initiatives with experience doing so throughout all stages of the product life cycle </li><li>Exceptional ability to build and develop high-performing teams </li><li>Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback </li><li>An aptitude for rapid learning </li></ul> <p>We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
