<p>Job Title Part-Time Information Technology Associate Job Description</p> <p>Candidate will work as part of a team to respond to IT support requests from students, faculty and staff that have been elevated from the Helpdesk.</p> <p>This position reports to the Chief Information Officer</p> <p>Essential Duties Summary</p> <p>Troubleshoot computer hardware/software issues in classrooms and employees offices.</p> <p>Assist other IT staff in running network cabling, installing equipment or other duties for which they require assistance and support.</p> <p>Imaging and preparing laptops, desktops, tablets, etc. as primary devices for employees.</p> <p>Maintaining communication with clients who have submitted support requests, providing updates throughout the process.</p> <p>Documenting work performed, time-on-task and implemented solutions.</p> <p>Salary Range Based on Cleveland's current salary structure Required Qualifications</p> <p>Enrolled in or have obtained associate degree in a computer-related field.</p> <p>Previous employment experience.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications Physical Demands</p> <p>Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.</p> <p>Capable of ascending and descending ladders.</p> <p>Mostly inside, but travel required between buildings on and off campus.</p> <p>Some work conducted in a datacenter environment.</p> <p>Posting Detail Information</p> <p>Posting Number S12P Open Date 09/05/2017 Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Special Instructions to Applicants</p>
