<p>Project Designer</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We're seeking a talented Project Designer with strong Revit skills and 5-7 years of architectural experience to join our collaborative, design-driven team. In this role, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of project types-including mixed-use developments, commercial and retail spaces, higher education facilities, Science + Technology (S+T), and Mission Critical environments.</p> <p>You'll work across all phases of design, from early concept through construction, while coordinating closely with internal teams, clients, and consultants. This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced studio environment, and wants to grow within an international firm known for technical excellence and innovative design.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Use Revit to develop architectural designs and produce high-quality construction documents. </li><li>Collaborate with project teams, clients, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project coordination. </li><li>Participate in construction administration, helping ensure design intent is executed accurately in the field. </li><li>Contribute to all phases of design-from conceptual studies and planning through detailed documentation and project completion. </li><li>Support the development and refinement of construction drawings, technical details, and project documentation. </li><li>Apply knowledge of building codes, permitting, and regulatory processes to support project compliance. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of architectural design and construction documentation experience. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD. </li><li>Experience with construction administration and understanding of codes and regulatory processes. </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. </li><li>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. </li><li>Architectural registration or active pursuit of licensure. </li><li>Experience in one or more of the following sectors: </li><li>Mixed-use, commercial, retail, higher education, S+T, or Mission Critical. </li><li>Project management or coordination experience. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Growth</p> <p>You'll join an international architectural design firm with offices in Baltimore, Boston, and Raleigh, working in a highly collaborative, in-studio environment.
