This will include purchasing vehicles and equipment, assigning leased vehicles. processing accident claims, and updating vehicle registrations, license plates, and gas cards. You will also issue EZ Pass transponders and maintain a master list to ensure appropriate coding for toll payments to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC). This role requires solid organizational skills and effective communication to coordinate with facility purchasing agents ordering vehicles and equipment, while ensuring purchases are from approved, contracted vendors. In addition, you will complete quarterly reports, maintain cumulative records of all equipment assigned to DHS, and attend meetings and conferences as needed.</p> <p>Work Schedule and Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week </li><li>Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. </li><li>Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to three days per week, after successful completion of training. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg, PA. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
