We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we are looking for candidates who share that same commitment.</p> <p>Summary of the role</p> <p>As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>The Secondary Operations/Assembly Operator I will perform secondary operations to meet customer needs.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of measuring Inside Diameter (ID) and Outside Diameter (OD). </li><li>Ability to use calipers, micrometers, snap gauge, and rulers. </li><li>Ability to show understanding of work performed to work on their own with minimal supervision after training. </li><li>Manufacturing experience with ability to run machinery and multitask if job requires. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required. </li><li>Ability to read and document required specs and measurements. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS & ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Experience in manual and computer-based documentation control </li><li>Must be familiar with building Industrial Electrical panels </li><li>Ability to communicate well in person, in writing, and by telephone with customers and other company personnel </li><li>Must be a team player, as well as being able to work independently </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
