Learn about 4C's 4-day, 32-hour work week by clicking below.</p> <p>4 Day Work Week 4Ever</p> <p>Starting wage is $25.50 to $26.25</p> <p>This position is in the Crisis Receiving Stabilization Services (CRSS) department and requires certification as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. This will be a 4 day work week that will include weekend hours. Don't wait-join our team and help move health and hope 4ward!</p> <p>#4CHealth</p> <p>#MentalHealth</p> <p>#CareersWithPurpose</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position utilizes their lived experience combined with formal training to instill hope, inspire change, and support other individuals through similar experiences, using personal connection, person centered care, and their shared understanding to navigate their life in recovery. A Certified Peer Support Professional provides a wide variety of services to clients and families to ensure compliance with scheduled follow-up appointments with medical providers. This position operates under minimal supervision and must exercise tact, judgment, and confidentiality in contact with the public, clients, and families, as well as fellow associates of the Center. The work is very broad in scope and requires a high level of professionalism.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate the ability to complete client assessments, evaluate a client's ability to perform daily living activities and independent living skills, identify presenting problem(s), history, medical information, family involvement, psychosocial/psychosexual information, and other pertinent information to form an appropriate clinical impression including substance use/abuse and abuse/neglect. </li><li>Demonstrate a basic understanding of treatment plans and service lines in which client has been referred to within the Center. </li><li>Document timely, accurately and in accordance with Center policies utilizing current systems and practices. </li><li>Document accurate information, which reflects client progress based on the appropriate therapeutic modality. Therapeutic services will be time limited and specific to the presenting problem(s) of each assigned client. </li><li>Provide input as to the client's progress towards treatment plan goals and objectives, communicating pertinent information regularly with the primary case manager so such information can be presented at staffing. </li><li>Provide direct client care and maintain an encounter expectation assigned by the agency. </li><li>Demonstrate competency and understanding of billing codes as it pertains to the use skill building intervention and case management codes. </li><li>Provide skill-building interventions and case management to clients to assist them in their recovery. </li><li>Facilitate follow-up recommendations from the medical and mental health providers. </li><li>Assist the client by connecting them to services within and outside of the Center as needed. </li><li>Assist clients to become self-reliant by empowering them to coordinate their own medical issues, teach self-advocacy skills, provide outreach, aid in goal setting, and assist in identifying a natural support system. </li><li>Use evidence-based interventions with all clients to aid in developing increased skills for problem solving, relapse prevention planning and anti-stigma education and support. </li><li>Provide phone calls and face-to-face contact to ensure clients do not have any questions regarding their care or treatment. </li><li>Assist in identifying and reducing barriers to follow up care. </li><li>Provide on-going assistance to clients to reintegrate them back into the community; meeting with them regularly as defined by the department/supervisor. </li><li>Work directly with treatment courts and criminal justice involved individuals and families. </li><li>Support clients in engagement of recreational and social experiences to enhance social and community connectedness. </li><li>Participate in Mobile Crisis Response </li><li>Maintain mandatory Center in-service training requirements. </li><li>Maintain positive working relations and rapport with the communities served. </li><li>Dependent on agency need, other duties may include: Community Outreach, providing groups in a jail setting, facilitating internal and external resource events, providing support within schools, providing individual and group services and discharge follow up coordination on the CRSS. </li><li>Work directly with CRSS and OP departments to ensure warm hand-offs for peer services post discharge from CRSS and Intake Assessment </li><li>Perform other duties and projects as assigned. </li><li>Provide clients with transportation as needed. </li></ul> <p>Starting and growing base wage opportunities up to $31.25/hour!!</p> <p>Additional Annual Compensation and Incentive Opportunities!!</p> <ul> <li>Four-day (32 hour) work week </li><li>Make up to an additional $625 per week by participating in Mobile Crisis On-Call opportunities in eligible counties </li><li>Eligible for $150/month ($1,800 annually) in student loan repayment, available at hire </li><li>Earn $750 for every person you refer who is hired and remains employed for 6 months and receive an additional $500 every year as long as you both remain employed </li><li>Bilingual wage premiums available for individuals fluent in Spanish or Burmese </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Multiple health plan options to fit your lifestyle </li><li>Health premium wellness discounts </li><li>Employer paid HSA contributions </li><li>Mileage reimbursement </li><li>Dental and Vision </li><li>403(b) retirement plan </li><li>Employer paid life insurance and other supplemental insurance products to choose from </li><li>Up to $10,000 in tuition assistance </li><li>Birthdays off after 1 year of employment </li></ul> <p>To see our full benefits and apply online go to our website: www.4CHealthIN.org</p>
