If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy working collaboratively across teams, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and internal team members. </li><li>Monitor active solar projects to ensure accuracy, timely progress, and completion of deadlines. </li><li>Provide clear and consistent communication to customers and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Prioritize and manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment using strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Collaborate with customers and sales representatives to collect required documentation for solar project processing. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone, text, and email correspondence. </li><li>Ability to professionally resolve customer concerns and deliver positive outcomes. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, and document management systems. </li><li>Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus. </li><li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills. </li><li>Team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment. </li></ul>
