<p>Carrier Enterprise currently has an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Branch Sales Representative in our Knoxville, TN location.</p> <p>Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heati.ng, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CE offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best in class customer service and valuable, timesaving services that positions CE as an industry leader. With over 200+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The Wholesale Branch Sales Representative, who reports to the Branch Sales Manager, will focus on growing sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Maximize sales potential through developing and maintaining customer relationships</p> <p>Create and maintain customer profiles</p> <p>Identify growth opportunities on assigned accounts and new accounts</p> <p>Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed</p> <p>Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for their assigned account list, maximizing customer engagement in each program</p> <p>Participate in account reviews for their assigned customer list</p> <p>Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed</p> <p>Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills</p> <p>Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers</p> <p>Learn and utilize internal industry leading technology offerings</p> <p>Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning</p> <p>Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow account list</p>
