Join us in making a difference-one person, one family, one community at a time.</p> <p>Position Perks & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>29 Days of PTO</p> </li><li> <p>Eligibility for HRSA Loan Repayment (eligibility requirements apply)</p> </li><li> <p>Comprehensive Employee Benefits Package - health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan - up to 5% match for Part-Time and Full-Time employees</p> </li><li> <p>Company-paid basic life insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Emergency Medical Leave Program</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible Spending Accounts - healthcare and dependent child-care</p> </li><li> <p>Health & Wellness Program</p> </li><li> <p>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</p> </li><li> <p>Employee Discount Program</p> </li><li> <p>Mileage Reimbursement</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and/or adults including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the client's goals and strengths.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize a strengths-based approach incorporating evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT/DBT) techniques.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide behavioral interventions and skills training, including motivational interviewing, interpersonal skill development, and coping strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate care with other service providers, including physicians, schools, and community organizations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) group sessions as applicable to client treatment plan goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in team meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional training.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist clients in accessing community resources that promote long-term independence and stability.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.</p> </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge of case management, rehabilitation principles, and recovery-oriented practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorders and community resource systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation and reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work collaboratively, problem-solve effectively, and manage multiple priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Skill in establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, families, and community partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field; or</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and two years of related work experience; or</p> </li><li> <p>Any four-year combination of higher education and related work experience; or</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's degree in Behavioral Health Support; or</p> </li><li> <p>Four years of qualifying experience providing services to individuals with mental health, developmental, or substance use disorders.</p> </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>Employment Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Successful completion of background, driving record, and fingerprint checks.</p> </li><li> <p>Completion of New Hire Orientation and all required training (initial and annual).</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable means of transportation for client transport as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Must meet minimum age requirements to operate company vehicles (21 years for cars; 23 years for 15-passenger vans).</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>ADA Consideration - Light Work:</p> <p>May require exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, or move objects.
