<p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys being the connective tissue between clients, project teams, and internal systems.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for our utility client, supporting ongoing communication and coordination. </li><li>Maintain, audit, and clean up internal and client database systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. </li><li>Support project tracking, approvals, and documentation, including monitoring approval timelines (e.g., 30-day approval cycles). </li><li>Prepare clear status updates and reports by translating complex project data into understandable summaries. </li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to resolve data discrepancies. </li><li>Ensure records and documentation are organized and aligned across platforms. </li><li>Support training, onboarding, and process updates related to client systems and workflows. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills</p> <p>Required Experience & Education</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, preferably in the engineering, utility, or construction industries. </li><li>High School Diploma required. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education</p> <ul> <li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. </li></ul> <p>Technical & Professional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong database management and data entry skills. </li><li>Experience with SharePoint, SAP, or similar ERP systems preferred. </li><li>Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Travel</p> <p>This is a remote role with occasional travel to the client's office in Denver, CO for training or program needs.</p> <p>#LI-KM2</p> <p>#LI-Remote</p> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At ENTRUST Solutions Group, we are a community of over 3,000 dedicated professionals committed to our clients and each other.
