Visit www.affinitysolutions.com to discover how were shaping the future of consumer purchase insights.</p> <p>About Your Role:</p> <p>Affinity is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to execute co-marketing, partner enablement, and go-to-market programs across our growing network. This role partners with the Affinity Channel Lead to manage the strategy for driving variable revenue growth. The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to coordinate joint initiatives, support partner launches, and ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and activate Affinitys products.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner Marketing Strategy and Execution</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in developing Affinitys partner marketing strategy across data platforms, media partners, retail media networks, and MarTech/AdTech ecosystems</p> </li><li> <p>Support the development and execution of annual and quarterly co-marketing plans with key partners</p> </li><li> <p>Help shape and manage joint value propositions and messaging frameworks; co-sell narratives tailored to each partner type</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Content Marketing and Data Analytics to drive communications and content strategies for key strategic partners that empower channel sales leveraging Affinitys data and insights</p> </li><li> <p>Co-Marketing and Field Activation</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a central coordinator for partner GTM launches, ensuring alignment on messaging and timing across announcements, partner training requirements, sales materials, and case studies</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the liaison between internal teams and partners to coordinate co-sponsored events, thought leadership, partner spotlights, and cross-channel marketing efforts that drive awareness and adoption</p> </li><li> <p>Help coordinate in-person event opportunities that drive partner sales engagement and channel sales</p> </li><li> <p>Partner Enablement and Content Creation</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain partner toolkits, brand guidelines, and self-service sales assets (one-pagers, decks, demo scripts, FAQs) to support partner sales cycles</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate training and develop supporting materials for partner sales, account teams, and field organizations</p> </li><li> <p>Guide brand governance across partner enablement by establishing clear guardrails, review processes, and consistent visual and narrative standards for all partner and co-branded materials</p> </li><li> <p>Measurement and Optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Define KPIs for partner programs (awareness, adoption, pipeline influence, co-marketing performance)</p> </li><li> <p>Work with marketing counterparts to analyze program results and optimize campaigns based on partner performance and industry trends</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain dashboards and reporting to track ROI of partner marketing investments</p> </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5-7+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B partnerships in AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven media </li><li>Deep experience working with ecosystem partners (DSPs, social platforms, retail media networks, identity/data partners) </li><li>Strong GTM ownership: messaging, content, enablement, and launch planning </li><li>Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication skills </li><li>Ability to translate technical data products into clear, compelling partner value propositions </li><li>Experience managing co-marketing timelines and governance processes </li><li>Strong writing and content creation experience (decks, thought leadership, enablement packs) </li><li>Ability to manage multiple partners, priorities, and stakeholders with ease </li><li>Creative thinking, operational rigor, and a bias for action </li></ul> <p>Salary: $115,000 $125,000</p> <p>Office Hours: 9am 5:30pm</p> <p>Benefits for full-time employees of Affinity Solutions begin on the first of the month following your date of hire with a generous employer contribution for medical, dental, and vision.
