<p>Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator and car wash operator in New England. Our wholesale and retail fuel businesses are multi-branded, which includes Shell, Mobil, Irving, Sunoco, Gulf, Valero, Citgo, Phillips 66, Exxon, and multiple unbranded brands. Our wholesale operations supply branded and unbranded fuel to 300+ locations across New England and New York. We are ranked within the top 50 largest convenience store chains in the country, operating 150+ company-operated locations throughout New England and ranked within the top 10 largest car wash chains in the country</p> <p>Nouria is New England's fast-paced, rapidly growing multi-generational family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store, and car wash operator. We are seeking an innovative, experienced Talent Manager to support our Talent Management functions including performance management, yearly appraisal process, change management, and succession planning. The Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager will work closely with the L&D team, the HR team, and the Leadership and Development manager to implement talent solutions to support our growing business and its needs.</p> <p>Qualifications and Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification in organizational development, coaching, or a related area is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of organizational development theories, methodologies, and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in change management, training, and performance management.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates ability to conceptualize and create training content, which is appropriate for the intended audience, and shows a high level of attention to detail. In addition:</p> </li><li> <p>Able to execute on all aspects of the ADDIE model</p> </li><li> <p>Able to organize and condense feedback and perspectives from multiple sources while taking complex materials and simplifying them for the learner</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates an ability to build relationships, partner with others and influence across departments and at all levels of the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates strategic thinking skills and translates plans into coherent action. In addition:</p> </li><li> <p>Exercises good judgment in decision making while displaying courage to respectfully challenge ideas and resolve issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates ability to establish root cause to suggest appropriate solutions and options, while using data to inform recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates ability to execute strategic plans and actions. In addition:</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates time and project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in a variety of technology systems and adapts to new systems quickly.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates openness to feedback and actively works towards self-improvement</p> </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on performance evaluations and goal setting. Implement strategies to improve overall performance and employee engagement. </li><li>Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to ensure leadership continuity within the organization. </li><li>Support talent development initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders. </li><li>Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change. </li><li>Collaborate with leadership to create and refine performance management processes that foster a high-performance culture including developing and maintaining competencies that align to our goals and support the skills we need now and in the future. </li><li>Partner with HR team to streamline job descriptions to match competencies, training, and performance expectations. Recommend and build bridges between roles to foster internal growth and promotions. </li><li>Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to drive improvements. </li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics </li><li>Analyze organizational data and metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements in culture and performance. </li><li>Provide coaching and support to managers and teams to help them achieve their development goals and overcome challenges. </li></ul> <p>Nouria Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
