Follows all established infection control policies, and recognizes role in providing safety to the patient. </li></ul> <p>Documentation</p> <ul> <li>Documents vital signs, weights, activity, intake and outputs, and ADL care given to patient in computer. </li><li>Assists with the check in process including getting initial vital signs and completing admission paperwork. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience: Must be at least 16 years old if meeting #5 below under license/certification.</p> <p>License(s)/Certification(s): Successful completion and documentation of one of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Graduation from an accredited nursing program and waiting for NCLEX re-examination. </li><li>Certified Nursing Assistant listed as either Active or Inactive on any state health care worker registry. </li><li>EMT-B licensure. </li><li>Medical Assistant. </li><li>Must be enrolled in Trinity's PCT on the job training program and successfully complete. </li><li>Successful completion of first semester of nursing school that includes Nursing Fundamentals. </li><li>Current CPR certification. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English. Multicultural sensitivity. Microsoft Office - basic computer skills. Customer/patient focused. Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.</p> <p>Other: Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
