Follows all established infection control policies, and recognizes role in providing safety to the patient. </li></ul> <p>Documentation</p> <ul> <li>Documents vital signs, weights, activity, intake and outputs, and ADL care given to patient in computer. </li><li>Assists with the check in process including getting initial vital signs and completing admission paperwork. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience: Must be at least 16 years old if meeting #5 below under license/certification.</p> <p>License(s)/Certification(s): Successful completion and documentation of one of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Graduation from an accredited nursing program and waiting for NCLEX re-examination. </li><li>Certified Nursing Assistant listed as either Active or Inactive on any state health care worker registry. </li><li>EMT-B licensure. </li><li>Medical Assistant. </li><li>Must be enrolled in Trinity's PCT on the job training program and successfully complete. </li><li>Successful completion of first semester of nursing school that includes Nursing Fundamentals. </li><li>Current CPR certification. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English. Multicultural sensitivity. Microsoft Office - basic computer skills. Customer/patient focused. Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.</p> <p>Other: Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position. Work may occasionally require travel to other UPH facilities.</p> <ul> <li>Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role. </li></ul>
