You should be a collaborative team player, eager to work within a professional learning community to develop innovative, student-centered lessons that spark curiosity and scientific literacy.</p> <p>Science Teacher/Chemistry - 0.6 FTE</p> <p>Specific Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>State of Illinois Professional Educators License (PEL) with a Senior HS endorsement in Science - Biology . </li><li>EL endorsement preferred. </li><li>Must be willing to teach all levels of science, including Skills and/or LEP (Limited English Proficiency). </li><li>Must have outstanding training and/or experiences as an educator. </li><li>Must have a strong background in science (and if applicable, math) instruction and a standards driven curriculum.
