This role owns production support strategy for RPA and automation platforms, leads complex incident resolution, and drives proactive improvements to reduce operational risk. The position partners closely with engineering, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure automations are resilient, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes.The Production Support role owns incident triage, root-cause analysis, and coordination of fixes to ensure stable and reliable production operations. The role works closely with development and platform teams to resolve issues efficiently and prevent recurrence. Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is expected, which may involve limited after-hours support for critical incidents or time-sensitive production events. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
