Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our System Health Solutions team in the role of Referral Liaison.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Promotes Business Unit services to drive referrals from IU Health and Non-IU Health hospitals, physician offices and clinics within an assigned territory. Responsible</p> <p>for Business Unit referral growth and retention. Serves as a liaison between referring providers and the Business Unit. Identify opportunities for program growth and</p> <p>participates in the development of market strategies. Plans, organizes and implements product line education individualized to provider needs. Successful</p> <p>engagement of referral sources is accomplished by developing and maintaining relationships, demonstrating expertise, delivering promises, and by becoming a</p> <p>trusted resource.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Connect to Promise - Demonstrates a commitment to IU Health's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting behaviors and delivering results that align with the</p> <p>strategic direction of the organization. Seeks new</p> <p>ways to improve individual and team efforts for overall success, while promoting collaboration and teamwork.</p> <p>Critical Thinking - Leverages curiosity and insights to explore rationale behind decision-making. Connects pieces of information from various sources to improve</p> <p>problem solving capabilities and recommendations. Actively distinguishes questions, problems, and conflict. Combines existing knowledge and on-the-job experiences</p> <p>to ensure best practices are being implemented in day-to-day work.</p> <p>Key Relationships</p> <p>Reports to: Manager, RT DME Services</p> <p>Candidate Qualifications</p> <p>Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required. </li></ul> <p>3-5 years of relevant experience required.</p> <ul> <li>Requires knowledge of health services and clinical needs of targeted patient populations. </li><li>Requires experience working directly with physicians. </li><li>Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Requires the ability to travel in service area on a regular basis; overnight travel may be required. </li><li>Sales experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Indiana University Health is unlike any other healthcare system and we're looking for team members who share the things that matter most to us.
