<p>Work with Vacasa, a Casago Company this Summer season!</p> <p>Do you enjoy cleaning and find joy in mentoring and training others? Join our housekeeping team this season as a Lead Housekeeper! We're seeking dedicated individuals to professionally clean our vacation homes and ensure our guests arrive in a spotless, welcoming environment stocked with everything they need for a memorable stay. In this supervisory role, you'll support local management by assisting our housekeeping team with daily tasks, scheduling, and more.</p> <p>This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 4/1/26 and work through end of season on or around 10/31/26. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.</p> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>$25 - $28 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location. </li><li>More benefits and company perks information below. </li></ul> <p>About This Job</p> <ul> <li> <p>Professionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards</p> </li><li> <p>Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and note any damages to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor, train, and support new and existing Housekeepers</p> </li><li> <p>Perform inspections of cleans completed by Housekeepers</p> </li><li> <p>Touch-up cleans as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team</p> </li><li> <p>Correspond on a regular basis with your local management team and team members</p> </li><li> <p>Be available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team when necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Provide cross-coverage for your manager and Co-Senior Housekeeper(s) when necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Collect and remove trash and debris</p> </li><li> <p>Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training</p> </li><li> <p>Other tasks as needed - because every day looks different in hospitality!</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills + Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Smartphone and personal email address </li><li>Driving inclement weather conditions as required </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Lead by example while embodying our company values </li><li>Highly responsive and reliable </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Prior housekeeping experience preferred although we can teach you the Vacasa standard </li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures </li><li>Reasonable comfort level with computers and smart devices </li><li>Access to the internet and the ability to check your email on a daily basis </li></ul> <p>Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities - often in varying weather conditions. </li><li>We're in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
