We are actively seeking two Simulator Console Operators (SCOs) to support MQ-9 Reaper simulator operations at Shaw AFB, SC with the 482 ATKS.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>As a Simulator Console Operator, you will play a key role in delivering real-time, mission-accurate MQ-9 training simulations. This position supports a wide variety of mission profiles and ensures the simulation systems function effectively during all training operations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide real-time mission support for MQ-9 simulator systems (DTT and DMO), including:</p> </li><li> <p>Emergency Procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Launch and Recovery</p> </li><li> <p>Mission Control Element operations</p> </li><li> <p>Weapons School spin-up and CT training</p> </li><li> <p>VIP and guest demonstration missions</p> </li><li> <p>Load scheduled training missions before student and instructor arrival</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain an active presence during simulation sessions to implement tactical scenario changes as directed</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and report issues with simulator systems and coordinate resolutions with on-site representatives</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate time-use logs and daily simulator discrepancy logs</p> </li><li> <p>When simulators are not in use, collaborate with Weapons (DOW), Training (DOT), and Current Ops to:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and refine training scenarios</p> </li><li> <p>Update Zeus, CAVOK, or TACSIT profiles</p> </li><li> <p>Program profiles using MACE or other follow-on systems</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with instructor crews before training events to prepare any necessary role-player (white cell) elements</p> </li><li> <p>Serve in white cell support roles during scenarios (e.g., outside agencies, other aircraft, enemy or ground forces) as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Top Secret Clearance</p> </li><li> <p>At least 2 years of experience in one of the following roles:</p> </li><li> <p>MQ-9 Pilot</p> </li><li> <p>MQ-9 Sensor Operator</p> </li><li> <p>MQ-9 Simulator/Console Operator</p> </li><li> <p>High familiarity with MQ-9 Simulator software, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE)</p> </li><li> <p>MSAT/MJAT</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of MQ-9 tactics, training environments, and USAF operational procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently in a high-tempo, mission-critical setting</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Previous experience in MQ-9 training environments supporting DMO or DTT</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of scripting, role-player injects, or TACSIT development</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Why ITSC?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Mission-focused work supporting our nation's warfighters</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive compensation and benefits package</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative, purpose-driven environment</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunities for long-term career growth and advancement</p> </li></ul> <p>ITSC Secure Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
