You'll manage the contract process from drafting to execution-including renewals and new sales-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role supports Sales, Legal, Security, and other teams to streamline workflows and drive revenue growth.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and track sales contracts (MSAs, Order Forms, Amendments, etc.) through their lifecycle</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Legal to ensure contracts meet policy and risk standards</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain version control and ensure timely approvals and execution</p> </li><li> <p>Support contract data in systems like Salesforce and CLM tools</p> </li><li> <p>Guide Sales on contract best practices and compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Help improve contract templates, processes, and documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the quote-to-cash process</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>2-4+ years in Contract Management, Sales/Legal Ops, or Deal Desk</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with reviewing/redlining commercial contracts</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in CRM/CLM tools (Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription sales environments</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with pricing, discounting, and compliance in contracts</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-Time</p> <p>Work Environment: [Remote / Hybrid / On-Site]</p> <p>Benefits: [Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.]</p>
