You will solve the challenge of balancing diverse tactics-including OTT, Search, Social, and Affiliate channels-to acquire net-new profitable subscribers at an optimal cost. As a high-impact individual contributor supporting the Head of Media, this position ensures that integrated media projects are executed with precision to drive sustainable, long-term growth.</p> <p>What Success Looks Like (Objectives)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive the strategic acquisition of DISH and Sling subscribers across all paid product lines with a singular focus on net-new, profitable growth</p> </li><li> <p>Support the development of annual and quarterly media budgets by providing data-backed evaluations of channel performance to lower acquisition costs</p> </li><li> <p>Execute the deployment of multi-channel campaigns, including broadcast and performance digital, ensuring a unified and effective market presence through rigorous project management</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with cross-functional teams including Brand, Finance, and MarTech to align media tactics with product roadmaps and financial targets</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize the total media mix by leveraging econometric modeling and incrementality testing to improve overall business health and return on investment</p> </li><li> <p>Apply AI-driven capabilities like DCO and personalization to translate performance data into high-converting creative strategies that maximize ROMI</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience and Requirements</p> <p>Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Expert-level proficiency in the end-to-end management and optimization of paid media campaigns across a diverse ecosystem of digital and traditional channels</p> </li><li> <p>Critical experience in growing subscriber bases for entertainment or subscription-based businesses with an emphasis on profitable acquisition costs</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced analytical capability to interpret attribution data, ad-serving metrics, and third-party measurement platforms to provide high-stakes investment recommendations</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional communication and influence skills required to drive alignment across complex internal organizations and present campaign strategies to executive leadership</p> </li><li> <p>AI literacy and application skills to leverage automated bidding, audience modeling, and creative optimization tools for maximum marketing efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to manage external agency partners and vendors effectively, ensuring execution strategies hit specific business goals with minimal daily oversight</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience (MBA preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum Experience: 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional media or marketing campaigns in high-velocity, results-driven environments</p> </li><li> <p>Required Technical Skills: Direct, hands-on experience with:</p> </li><li> <p>Key marketing platforms (Google Search, Bing, META, major DSPs)</p> </li><li> <p>Attribution and ad-serving partners (e.g., Kochava, Impact, Flashtalking)</p> </li><li> <p>Econometric modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing frameworks</p> </li></ul> <p>Visa sponsorship not available for this role</p> <p>Salary Ranges</p> <p>Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits.</p> <p>The base pay range shown is a guideline.
