Together, we have grown into a rapidly expanding, multi-market automotive service organization that will operate across eight states in 2026, with continued growth on the horizon. Across all locations, customers can expect a full selection of quality tire brands and comprehensive automotive services, ranging from routine maintenance to advanced diagnostics and engine repair. Rooted in a culture that extends beyond the shop, we proudly support local organizations and charities in the communities where our teams live and work.</p> <p>We are seeking a Distribution Driver. The Distribution Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by safely transporting customers and vehicles as needed. This role ensures company vehicles are operated in compliance with all safety procedures and maintained in clean, working condition. The Shuttle Driver also assists with daily shop and facility needs, including picking up parts, delivering tires, and handling other deliveries from vendors. Additional responsibilities include organizing tire inventory, stocking supplies, and performing routine housekeeping tasks such as cleaning restrooms, maintaining the showroom, removing snow from entryways, and emptying trash. Attention to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction are essential to success in this role.</p> <p>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Safely operate a 26-foot international box truck to replenish parts and tires at internal locations and warehouses approximately three days per week. </li><li>Load, secure, and unload orders for delivery while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. </li><li>Verify delivery contents, complete return forms, and process invoices, transfers, and related paperwork accurately. </li><li>Deliver customer orders promptly and professionally, following assigned routes and schedules. </li><li>Maintain courteous, professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members; refer complex inquiries to management as needed. </li><li>Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks; report any necessary repairs or non-routine issues to management. </li><li>Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all safety and vehicle procedures arefollowed at all times. </li><li>Conduct daily vehicle cleanups andassistwith facility housekeeping and general maintenance tasks when not making deliveries. </li><li>Support warehouse operations, including organizing inventory and performing other duties as assigned. </li><li>Follow all company policies, procedures, and attendance guidelines. </li><li>Accurately follow oral and written instructions,demonstratingattention to detail and high-quality work. </li><li>Exhibit professionalism, teamwork, and a proactive attitude under time-sensitive conditions. </li><li>Seek out training opportunities and skill development both internally and externally. </li></ul> <p>SUCCESS FACTORS:</p> <ul> <li>A strong belief in safety- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectation </li><li>Alignment with company mission, vision, and values </li><li>Strong work ethic with a commitment to results </li><li>Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members </li><li>Ability to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills </li><li>Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented </li><li>Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals </li><li>Strong critical thinker with a high level of attention to detail </li><li>Highly-customer centric and master relationship builder </li><li>Maintains a professional, can-do approach even in physically demanding or fast-paced situations. </li><li>Maintains vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and accurate delivery documentation. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Fast-paced automotive service environment. </li><li>Frequent exposure to varying temperatures due to the nature of the work and shop conditions. </li><li>Regular contact with automotive chemicals, including solvents, lubricants, and fluids used in vehicle maintenance and repair. </li><li>Extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting tires or equipment. </li><li>Requires adherence to all safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). </li><li>Involves teamwork, reliability, and effective communication to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. </li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service are essential for success. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of driving experience is preferred. </li><li>Must be certified to operate a tow motor and/or warehouse order picker.
