You will leverage your thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze data, support audits, assist with property tax filings, and contribute to loan calculations, acquisition integrations, and other specialized projects.</p> <p>In this role, you will work with tools like Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Excel to develop and maintain efficient reporting processes, while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proactive approach will help drive accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all accounting operations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and review month-end general ledger account reconciliations, investigating and resolving outstanding or out-of-balance items. </li><li>Record accurate and timely journal entries for expenses, receivables, and accruals. </li><li>Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. </li><li>Support property tax filings for the retail store network. </li><li>Perform loan calculations related to sales and purchases of individual franchise locations. </li><li>Contribute to acquisition integration activities and other special projects. </li><li>Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BA/BS) </li><li>1+ years of accounting experience </li><li>Strong understanding of general accounting methods, principles, and practices </li><li>Experience with general ledger functions including AR, AP, intercompany transactions, and fixed assets </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, etc.) </li><li>Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication abilities </li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to work in a hybrid environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Power Query is a big plus. </li><li>Prior experience in a multi-location retail or franchise environment. </li><li>Experience supporting acquisition integration or related special projects. </li><li>Familiarity with property tax filing processes. </li><li>Ability to adapt to evolving processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $68,000-$72,000</p> <p>Benefits Offered:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, and hearing aid benefits for employees & family </li><li>Generous vacation, safe and sick leave, paid holidays, paid volunteer time off, and bereavement </li><li>Tuition reimbursement and Employee assistance program for employees & family </li><li>Access to our Wellness Hub, your go-to resource for holistic well-being, offering tools and support </li><li>Continuous career development with access to Ampli-Academy (internal LMS), LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, team training, and more. </li><li>Additional specialized training for career development </li><li>Reimbursement for transportation (ex. parking downtown, bus or train) </li></ul> <p>About Us:</p> <p>Amplifon, the global leader in the hearing care retail market and headquartered in Milan, Italy, empowers people to rediscover all the emotions of sound.
