<p>AutoZone is seeking a Distribution Center Advisor to lead day-to-day operations for a specific department within an AutoZone Distribution Center. This role is responsible for enhancing productivity, training high-performing employees, ensuring safety, and optimizing workflow efficiencies while aligning with AutoZone's strategic goals.</p> <ul> <li>Lead, direct, and motivate a team of up to 30 direct reports to meet productivity and operational goals. </li><li>Monitor and analyze labor costs and daily payroll to ensure compliance with company attendance policies. </li><li>Provide coaching to optimize performance, minimize costs, and maximize operational quality. </li><li>Oversee work processes and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. </li><li>Manage daily shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and operational execution. </li><li>Collaborate with DC Operations Managers to meet company objectives. </li><li>Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing company safety standards. </li><li>Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and process improvements. </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 to 2 years: Successful experience in distribution center/warehouse environment. </li><li>PIE Operation: Prior experience operating Power Industrial Equipment like forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks and stackers. </li><li>Flexible Schedule: Availability for various shift schedules. </li><li>Fast-Paced Environment: Understand the demands of a dynamic work setting. </li></ul> <p>You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:</p> <ul> <li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) </li><li>Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. </li><li>Leadership: 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting </li><li>High Volume: 3-5 years of warehouse experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment. </li></ul>
