Including: Plan Sponsor, broker, Aetna, and Sox, etc. Engages all appropriate parties and implements best practices and develops Audit Policies & Procedures.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assesses and validates the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Designs and oversees the execution of audit procedures, including sampling and testing, to improve and maintain business auditing functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Plans the audit process and oversees the execution of procedures with quality, efficiency, and completeness against deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts most complex investigations on irregularities or errors in audits to rectify mistakes and advance Business Audit operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Designs systems to utilize the concepts of risk assessment to forecast and detect potential consequences during business auditing.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares and reviews required communications to management and audit committees, ensuring timeliness and completeness.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops and keeps working relationships with key business decision-makers to communicate value and provide information on the company's scope of services.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies and delegates functions of an audit to the respective auditor to streamline business auditing operations and ensure effective project completion.</p> </li><li> <p>Helps establish and implement educational business audit programs for the company to continually develop the skills of the department and assist with onboarding training.</p> </li></ul> <p>This position may be remote or hybrid depending on candidate location.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 4 years audit experience or in related field</p> </li><li> <p>Healthcare or TPA industry experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMs)</p> </li><li> <p>Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills</p> </li><li> <p>Adept at collaboration and teamwork</p> </li><li> <p>Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills</p> </li><li> <p>Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.</p> <p>Anticipated Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Time Type</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$60,300.00 - $145,860.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
