<p>Bilingual Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)</p> <p>Summary/Objective</p> <p>This Bi-Lingual Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position will provide support for both patient care and clinic-related administrative tasks to help maintain day-to-day clinic operations. This role also provides essential language support to our Spanish-speaking employee population. This position is part-time (30 hours a week) and benefit-eligible. Minimum starting pay is $19.50 per hour, depending on prior experience. The daily hours for this position are negotiable, but are expected to be during the day and Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays).</p> <p>What You'll Do Every Day</p> <ul> <li>Schedule patient appointments. </li><li>Manage patient flow </li><li>Room patients and obtain/record basic vitals. </li><li>Assist Spanish-speaking employees with their questions. </li><li>Provide translation support for onsite providers. </li><li>Translate notices and documents into Spanish from English </li><li>Maintain and stock clinic inventory. </li><li>Perform basic laboratory tests (e.g., urinalysis) </li><li>Clean and maintain exam rooms </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to speak, read and write both English and Spanish. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Working understanding of standard healthcare practices and procedures. </li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. </li><li>Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification with the State of Wisconsin. </li><li>1-3 years of experience preferred. </li><li>Bilingual in English & Spanish. </li></ul> <p>We offer a variety of benefits for full and part-time employees (specified below):</p> <ul> <li>Pay expected to start at a minimum of $19.50 per hour, depending on experience. </li><li>Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision insurance (Full Time 30+ hours). </li><li>Free On-site clinic. </li><li>401(k) with Company Match </li><li>Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Full Time 30+ hours) </li><li>Life Insurance (Full Time 30+ hours) </li><li>Profit Sharing and Performance Bonus Programs </li><li>Paid Time Off (Full Time 30+ hours) </li><li>Support for Continuing Education (Full Time 30+ hours) </li></ul> <p>#IND2</p>
