<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Account Consultant to join our team. In this role, the Benefits Account Consultant will assist our Accounts Team to be able to manage more customers in a cost-effective way. In addition, you will help maintain effective benefit administration and customer service through our call center. Customer relations, problem resolution, and time management are of the utmost importance. In this role you will be the main point of contact for client inquiries, working closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction with their benefits offerings.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Quote New and Renewal Cases for units when asked </li><li>Prepare proposals for both new and renewal cases </li><li>Process enrollment changes for our clients </li><li>Assist with submission of new and renewal cases to carriers </li><li>Assist with the both the enrollment and reenrollment of groups </li><li>Assist our technology leader with employer-based technology solutions </li><li>Enter new leads, changes in current cases into new client management systems </li><li>Obtain insurance license within the first year of service </li><li>Work with customer service and benefit administration issues on customer service line or email. </li><li>Log customer service issues into tracking system </li><li>Assist in proper installation of all new and renewal group business. </li><li>Support Account Managers as needed. </li><li>Other assignments or responsibilities as may be necessary. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Applicant must sign an Employee Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement </li><li>Applicant must provide an application for Employment </li><li>BA/BS preferred but not required </li><li>0 - 2 years insurance experience </li><li>Computer proficiency required (Excel and Microsoft Office) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Life & Health License a plus.
