<p>Position Title:</p> <p>New Hire - Production Associate</p> <p>Pay Rate:</p> <p>$27.73/hr, plus .50 cent shift differential</p> <p>Sign-on /Retention Bonus:</p> <p>$500 after 30 days,</p> <p>$500 after 6 months,</p> <p>$500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years</p> <p>Category/Shift:</p> <p>Hourly Full-Time - 3rd Shift (10p-6a)</p> <p>Physical Location:</p> <p>Golden Container</p> <p>4565 Indiana Street</p> <p>Golden, CO 80403</p> <p>The Job You Will Perform:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Counting and stacking finished product</p> </li><li> <p>Reading factory orders</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions</p> </li><li> <p>This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.</p> </li></ul> <p>The Skills You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in a manufacturing environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry (preferred)</p> </li></ul>
