We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to grow and contribute to innovative medical device reprocessing.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Complete and maintain comprehensive training, ensuring accurate documentation of production records both manually and digitally, aligning with our top-tier quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate under the guidance of supervisors to expertly perform key tasks, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Receiving, inspecting, and processing soiled products</p> </li><li> <p>Communicating effectively across departments</p> </li><li> <p>Conducting lumen clearing on specific products with an average of 50 devices per day</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting with pump and dryer procedures such as lot number assignment, decontamination soaks, coating removal, secondary decontamination, and viewing flex ultra wet room activities</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, organized workspace, conduct line clearance, and perform top-down cleaning as directed</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere strictly to safety and quality guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant environment</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate on special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors and leadership</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with small parts handling or medical device reprocessing is a plus </li><li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent </li><li>At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, medical device reprocessing, or related fields </li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset </li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work standing or sitting for extended periods </li><li>Basic understanding of OSHA safety rules and precautions </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Day shift from Monday to Friday - enjoy your weekends and holidays off! </li><li>A supportive team environment with opportunities for growth </li><li>Competitive pay and benefits </li></ul> <p>Ready to start?
