<p>Summary: Leads the IT department's operational activities to support the business objectives of the organization. Establish and maintain clear lines of communications with the end-user community within the Casino and at Rush Street Gaming Properties. Responsible for the integrity of all data, and the quality, reliability and accuracy of all computer systems and software used by the Rush Street Interactive in the conduct of interactive gaming and sports wagering, whether the data and software are located within or outside Rush Street Interactive facility.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Manages application portfolios and all IT services for the user community within the organization. </li><li>Works closely with corporate to champion and deliver corporate IT initiatives, recommend systems, application and maintain regular communications with corporate IT leadership. </li><li>Plans, coordinates, directs, and designs all operational activities of the IT department and provides direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. </li><li>Plans, coordinates, directs, and designs all operational activities of the IT department and provides direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. </li><li>Manages IT department project planning and organizing the allocation of resources. </li><li>Coordinates activities related to the procedures and controls that are in place that define and limit interaction between both the slot operations department and finance department and the computerized slot monitoring system including access to system menus, the establishment of slot machine profile parameters, and the ability of each department to access, delete, create or modify information contained in the slot monitoring system </li><li>Partners with corporate to oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and support of all hardware and software based on property needs. </li><li>Oversees provision of end-user services including helpdesk and technical support and infrastructure maintenance. </li><li>Coordinates activities related to the access codes and other security controls used to insure limited access to computer software and the system wide reliability of data. </li><li>Responsible for all computer tapes, disks or other electronic storage media containing data relevant to the slot machine licensee's operations. </li><li>Provides input on the development of all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Gaming Control Board regulations. </li><li>Hires, trains and manages staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs. </li><li>Responsible for specification of appropriate computer software, hardware and procedures for security, physical integrity, and audit. </li><li>Maintenance of access codes and other computer security controls used to insure appropriately limited access to computer software and data </li><li>Monitoring logs of user access, security incidents and unusual transactions. </li><li>Maintenance of computer tapes, disks or other electronic storage media containing data relevant to Rush Street Interactive's interactive gaming operations. </li><li>Manages computer hardware, communications equipment and software used in the conduct of interactive gaming. </li><li>Responsible for all computer hardware, communications equipment and software used in the conduct of the slot machine licensee's operations. </li><li>Responsible for the computerized slot monitoring system utilized by the slot machine licensee to make sure that the slot machines located on the gaming floor are connected electronically to the control computer. </li><li>Performing other duties as requested or assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent experience. </li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years IT leadership experience. </li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing </li><li>Maintain a high level of professional integrity and discretion. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel. </li><li>Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor. </li><li>Ability to work in a noisy and smoke filled environment. </li></ul>
