The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the clinical operations of our center. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership: Provide strong leadership, direction, and supervision to the clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. </li><li>Clinical Experience: Must have OR experience, perioperative experience preferred. </li><li>Clinical Oversight: Ensure that clinical operations run efficiently and safely. Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care and safety. </li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with all relevant healthcare regulations, certifications, and licensures. Ensure the surgery center complies with all state and federal laws and regulations. </li><li>Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in clinical care. (CNOR preferred) </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery center or similar healthcare setting. </li><li>Must have OR experience. </li><li>Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals. </li></ul>
