<p>We are seeking a Manager, Promotion & Creative to contribute Dualtone's efforts in the promotion of our recorded music roster. This role will be responsible for helping to execute successful radio and digital marketing campaigns.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Assisting SVP of Radio Promotion with daily departmental tasks </li><li>Analyzing metrics from daily spins and Mediabase data </li><li>Distributing radio and promotional reports to internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Analyzing weekly radio market streaming and consumption to evaluate airplay impact </li><li>Planning and executing in-studio sessions with artist management and radio stations </li><li>Organizing giveaways, time buys, and special promotions with stations </li><li>Ensuring releases are FCC compliant </li><li>Pitching stations in the Americana and non-comm formats </li><li>Booking in-studio sessions </li><li>Designing visually engaging one-sheets and email blasts along with coordinating Play MPE, All Access, and M:M blast bookings </li><li>Supporting overall social media campaigns for Dualtone artists and Magnolia Record Club releases </li><li>Developing social media calendars and content strategies </li><li>Creating static and video ads for frontline artists and Magnolia Record Club releases </li></ul> <p>What Makes You Qualified:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in radio or music marketing </li><li>Proven track record of strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to collaborate effectively </li><li>Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks </li><li>Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. </li><li>Strategic various understanding of social media platforms with the proven ability to create content that performs </li><li>Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools </li><li>Short-form video editing capabilities </li></ul> <p>What Would Be Music to Our Ears:</p> <ul> <li>Passion for music and familiarity with the Dualtone roster </li></ul> <p>Dualtone Records is an independent record label specializing in folk, alternative, and indie rock, founded in 2001.
