<p>Description</p> <p>Principal Objective of Position: The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains all mechanical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities and grounds of the property. We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time and ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Repair & Maintain: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. </li><li>Troubleshoot & Fix: Respond promptly to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs to ensure everything runs smoothly. </li><li>Inspect & Report: Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively. </li><li>Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Technical Skills: You have experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. </li><li>Problem-Solving Mindset: You approach maintenance challenges with a positive attitude and a knack for troubleshooting. </li><li>Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately. </li><li>Customer Service Focus: You value providing excellent service to residents by responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally. </li><li>Experience: Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Work Hours & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility.
