<p>Location: Trillium Place</p> <p>Current Opening:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Part-time, weekends only (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)</p> </li><li> <p>Every other weekend</p> </li><li> <p>Every third holiday rotation</p> </li></ul> <p>The Housekeeper role consists of performing a variety of housekeeping duties to ensure that Tandem Living campuses maintain a high level of cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere, in accordance with regulations and Tandem Living Housekeeping standards. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>A valid PA driver's license, with at least two consecutive years of driving experience, is required to operate a company vehicle.</p> </li><li> <p>One to two years of experience in a skilled nursing or retirement facility is preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Thoroughly cleans resident rooms, apartments, villas, and bathrooms according to assigned schedules.</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans and restocks supplies in all public areas and public restrooms as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs deep cleaning and disinfection of resident spaces prior to new admissions or move-ins, following the deep-cleaning checklist.</p> </li><li> <p>Follows all daily, weekly, monthly, weekend, and holiday cleaning rotation schedules and completes required housekeeping documentation and audits.</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans interior and exterior windows and doors in assigned areas and uses a step stool or ladder to change all types of curtains as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <p>At TANDEM LIVING we value the wellbeing of all of our team members and offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package!
